Director, Financial Planning & Analysis - Remote

Overview

The Director of FP&A will play a key role in leading timely and accurate reporting, company’s budgeting process, business analysis, decision support, and thought leadership to all corporate stakeholders.

• Lead and manage the company’s financial reporting and budgeting process.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Familiarity with technology and e-commerce industries.
• Resilience and flexibility in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting operations.
• Exposure to NetSuite or other accounting systems is a plus.
• Mastery in Excel and PowerPoint.
• SQL exposure or willingness to learn is a plus.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Curiosity to understand all aspects of the business.
• Ability to work collaboratively on business goals.
