• Review and approve advertising claims and statements.

Requirements

• Completed 2nd German legal state exam, LL.M. or specialized foreign language training is a plus.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in competition law, ideally with a strong marketing focus.
• Strong understanding of typical marketing risks such as claims and testimonials.
• Fluent in German (C2 or native) and negotiation-level English.
• Structured work style, quick comprehension, and ownership mindset.
• Enjoy collaboration with non-lawyers and communicate clearly and kindly.
