Operations Finance Manager – Supply Chain / Inventory - Remote

Overview

As an Operations Finance Manager at Glow25, you will build modern controlling for our supply chain and act as a business partner for the operations management team.

In Short

• You will take responsibility for inventory valuation and continuously develop inventory controlling.
• You will create transparency over stocks, goods movements, and their financial impact by analyzing key supply chain and operations KPIs.
• You will act as a business partner for operations, supply chain, and procurement, incorporating financial perspectives into operational decisions.
• You will assist in budget planning, forecasts, and operational financial planning.
• You will build dashboards, reporting structures, and KPIs, and further develop them.
• You will create business cases for operational decisions regarding suppliers, logistics structures, or inventory strategies.
• You will identify cost and working capital optimization potentials along the entire value chain.

Requirements

• You have a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a comparable field.
• You have experience in controlling, operations finance, supply chain analytics, or consulting.
• You have initial exposure to inventory, cost structures, or operational KPIs, which is a plus.
• You think analytically, work data-driven, and can present complex relationships clearly and understandably.
• You work structured and independently, maintaining oversight in a dynamic environment.
• You have excellent knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and are comfortable with numbers.
• You have experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau or are motivated to learn quickly.
• You have ideally worked with ERP systems or financial systems.
• You are interested in data analysis, reporting, and the development of meaningful KPIs.
