Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) Retail - Central Germany - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to strengthen our team, focusing on retail clients in Central Germany.

In Short

• Manage and develop existing retail clients in the Tier 2-3 segment.
• Acquire new customers and develop business along the retail roadmap.
• Analyze relevant markets and coordinate with the Head of Field Sales.
• Collaborate with the GLORY Sales and Solutions teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Organize and plan from home office, including CRM analyses and revenue forecasts.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent commercial training.
• Several years of experience in customer care, ideally in the retail sector.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English.
• Understanding of revenue forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
