Overview

The Regional Sales Director for South Central at GLS is responsible for increasing sales through the development and coaching of Area Sales Managers and Independent Sales Agents, positioning the organization as a leading supplier of high-quality auto financing.

  • Extensive travel required (75% of the time).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3 years' experience in auto finance preferred.
  • 5 years' sales experience in the auto industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of the territory market and existing customer relationships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
