Overview

As an Area Sales Manager at GLS, you will work to expand the company's market share by signing new dealers, developing existing relationships, and increasing awareness and adoption of the company’s lending program(s).

In Short

  • Work remotely in the designated market.
  • Educate dealers on the company lending program(s).
  • Partner with operational teams to capture quality business.
  • Build and expand the assigned territory.
  • Make regular dealer visits and cold calls.
  • Maintain high-quality customer satisfaction.
  • Complete and submit documentation to track goals.
  • Foster a collaborative culture within the organization.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.
  • Perform additional assignments as required.

Requirements

  • Three years’ experience in auto finance preferred.
  • Three years’ experience in sales with auto industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the local market with established customer relationships preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player that can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to operate from a home office.
  • Extensive travel required, up to 75% of the time.
