Glean is looking for a talented Designated Technical Support Engineer to join our rapidly expanding, venture-backed startup. We are building a modern knowledge assistant personalized to every employee in your organization, making all information within your company accessible, contextual, and fresh.

In Short

  • Provide proactive and reactive support for Glean customers.
  • Meet with assigned customers regularly to review issues.
  • Be available via collaborative communication channels.
  • Create and maintain customer-specific runbooks.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Assist customers in configuration and setup of new features.
  • Educate customers on Glean product features.
  • Identify system and user health issues.
  • Handle customer-impacting alerts.
  • Drive product, process, and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Technical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to debug issues and analyze logs.
  • Experience in Customer Solutions Engineering or Support Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS-based system integrations.
  • Experience with Cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Experience troubleshooting REST API issues.
  • Working experience on SSO, SAML, and OAuth.
  • Able to document issues and contribute to knowledge base.
