In Short

  • Looking for an experienced sales person based in Dallas Ft. Worth.
  • Identify, recruit, manage, and optimize long-term relationships with Benefit Brokers and Consultants.
  • Meet overall sales targets of the company's B2B channels.
  • Engage in territory-based outreach.
  • Manage and utilize the territory sales database and sales operations tools.
  • Report directly to the Senior VP of Sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in health insurance or voluntary benefits.
  • Flexibility to manage and close small and large enterprise deals.
  • Proven track record of consistent goal achievements.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Experience in building and coaching a sales team.
