As Gladly’s Manager, IT, you’ll play a vital role in shaping and managing our IT operations, supporting a 100% remote workforce while driving innovation and scalability.

• Create and execute an IT roadmap that aligns with Gladly’s remote-first vision and business goals.
• Foster a culture of innovation in IT initiatives and operations.
• Partner with senior leadership to ensure IT initiatives drive operational success.
• Manage the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of IT tools, systems, and infrastructure.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for efficiency and security.
• Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements with vendors.
• Lead efforts to maintain and improve cybersecurity protocols.
• Continuously evaluate IT processes and tools for productivity improvements.
• Integrate new technologies for better employee experiences.
• Act as a technical advisor to teams on key initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven success managing IT systems in remote-first environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards and compliance.
• Experience with JAMF, OKTA, 1Password, and cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
