In Short

• Manage device procurement and lifecycle management.
• Ensure role-based access control and manage onboarding/offboarding IT processes.
• Oversee endpoint security and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Support SOC 2 compliance and assist with audits.
• Maintain an inventory of software licenses and optimize usage.
• Act as the point of contact for IT support requests.
• Manage collaboration tools and internal IT infrastructure.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and conduct employee training.
• Define and maintain IT incident response plans.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in IT administration or management.
• Strong understanding of IT security best practices and compliance frameworks.
• Experience managing MDM solutions and endpoint security tools.
• Familiarity with SaaS applications and identity providers.
• Ability to implement IT policies and security controls.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel quarterly for team summits.
