Overview

As an Account Executive at GlacierGrid, you will communicate the value proposition of our platform to customers in various industries, developing opportunities and closing deals.

In Short

  • Generate leads through strategic prospecting and outreach.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close deals with mid-market accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and communicate solutions effectively.
  • Execute the sales cycle with support from marketing and SDR teams.
  • Identify key decision-makers in organizations.
  • Exceed monthly goals and KPIs consistently.
  • Track opportunities using Hubspot.
  • Work remotely with some travel required.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree or equivalent sales experience.
  • Experience selling technology/SaaS products is a bonus.
  • Passion for climate solutions and sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High degree of resilience and coachability.
  • Experience with CRM for sales pipeline management.
  • Competitive edge and ability to thrive in a startup environment.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $90,000 with OTE of $175,000.
  • Uncapped commission structure.
  • 0.10% equity grant.
