• Manage customer account billing and financial operations.
• Set up subscriptions and invoices using Stripe and other platforms.
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain detailed records.
• Process payroll for employees in the U.S. and Argentina.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and month-end close processes.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, support, and sales teams.
• Proactively engage with non-paying customers.
• Maintain up-to-date payroll records and ensure compliance.
• Analyze financial data to support business decisions.
• Drive collaboration and solve complex customer issues.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting or related field or experience in GAAP.
• 3+ years experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or payroll management.
• Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office.
• Experience with financial software such as Stripe and Shopify.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in phone communication roles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for sustainability and reducing CO2 emissions.
