Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist will be responsible for client billing, including creating invoices, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate financial records.

In Short

• Create invoices, credit memos, and statements of accounts for clients
• Submit client invoices to Partners for review and approval
• Work closely with attorneys and the finance team
• Record approved invoices and credit memos in the subledger
• Send client invoices via email and client portal
• Review client accounts and send payment reminders
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
• Conduct regular reviews of invoices and billing data

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or billing
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables
• Prior experience with accounting systems is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
