Overview

As a Sales Development Representative at GlacierGrid, you will communicate the value proposition of our platform to multi-unit customers in various industries, working closely with senior leadership to develop opportunities through prospecting and lead qualification.

  • Track opportunities in our tech stack

Requirements

  • 4 year degree or equivalent sales experience
  • Experience selling technology/SaaS products is a bonus
  • Passion for sales and making a difference in the climate crisis
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • High degree of resilience
  • Extremely coachable and willing to implement feedback
  • Experience with CRM for sales pipeline management
  • Competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Driven to work at companies impacting CO2e emissions

Benefits

  • Base salary of $50,000 - $60,000
  • OTE of $75,000
  • Equity grant of 0.05-0.10%
