Overview

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Gitpod, you will build relationships with customers, supporting them through onboarding, activation, and renewals, while influencing how we partner with them.

In Short

• Build and nurture relationships with customers to drive adoption.
• Monitor customer health and strategize for renewals and upsells.
• Collaborate with Sales for seamless handoffs and onboarding.

• Work with various Gitpod functions and external vendors.
• Own end-to-end management of key accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize tools like Hex, Accord, and Zendesk.

Requirements

• Experience in high-growth, early-stage companies.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
• Experience in customer-facing roles for technical B2B products.
• Familiarity with developer tools.
• Strong analytical skills for account health evaluation.
• Experience with onboarding and adoption metrics.
• Proven track record in retaining key accounts.
• Bonus: Technical background in software engineering.
