Overview

As a Developer Platform Specialist at Gitpod, you'll work directly with some of the world's largest enterprises to transform how they develop software.

In Short

• Drive organizational change to enhance development productivity.
• Ensure customer success for assigned key accounts.
• Partner with Sales for seamless onboarding.
• Build and nurture relationships with customer champions and executives.
• Monitor and report on customer health and strategize for renewals.
• Utilize data-driven insights to demonstrate ROI to customers.
• Collaborate with various Gitpod functions and external vendors.
• Gain deep knowledge of Gitpod and its onboarding methodology.
• Engage with accounts to drive adoption and ensure success.
• Provide feedback to help Gitpod learn and iterate.

Requirements

• Experience driving developer adoption in large Enterprise customers.
• Extensive experience in organizational change management.
• Experience with key accounts with significant ARR.
• Familiarity with developer tooling and productivity practices.
• Technical background in software engineering is a plus.
