As a Developer Platform Specialist at Gitpod, you'll work directly with some of the world's largest enterprises to transform how they develop software, ensuring customer success and driving developer satisfaction.

In Short

• End-to-end ownership over key accounts.
• Partner with Sales for seamless onboarding.
• Build and nurture relationships with champions and executives.
• Monitor and report on customer health and strategize for renewals.
• Drive renewals and expansion of accounts using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with various Gitpod functions and external vendors.

Requirements

• Track record of driving developer adoption in large enterprises.
• Experience in organizational change management.
• Experience with key accounts with >$200k ARR.
• Familiarity with developer tooling.
• Expertise in platform engineering and developer productivity.
• Technical background in software engineering is a bonus.
