Overview

As VP, Professional Services at GitLab, you will contribute to and execute the strategic vision that drives service delivery for GitLab's Professional Services Organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science; MBA preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale service delivery projects.
• Expertise in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with subscription-based business models.
• Ability to use GitLab platform effectively.
