Vice President, Professional Services - Remote

Overview

The Vice President of Professional Services will provide strategic leadership to expand and deliver APHSA’s fee-for-service business lines, overseeing business development and ensuring operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in public human services or nonprofit management.
• Experience in leading consultancy services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and program evaluation methodologies.
• Ability to manage budgets and secure grants.
• Ability to travel (up to 20%).
• Competencies in driving execution and relationship management.
