In Short

  • Develop and lead the successful execution of sales enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and SMEs to develop core sales training curriculum.
  • Scope and build new enablement content for various key areas.
  • Ensure alignment of content with key internal and external events.
  • Manage online onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Leverage Salesforce.com and other tools for content development.
  • Develop sales competency assessment and partner certification programs.
  • Identify opportunities for improving sales learning experience.

Requirements

  • Progressive experience in a software sales or sales enablement role.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and execute projects effectively.
  • Experience with content development tools and AI capabilities.
  • Expertise in DevOps and/or Open Source technologies.
  • Knowledge of sales training technology and methodologies.
  • Experience preparing and executing sales effectiveness strategies.
  • Strong ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Team player with project management and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to use GitLab.
