In Short

• Engage with customers by providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to formulate and execute a sales strategy.
• Be the Directly Responsible Individual on Technical Close Plans and evaluations.
• Build deep relationships with customers to enable them to be GitLab advocates.
• Serve as the customer advocate to other GitLab teams.
• Maintain specialty competency in technologies related to GitLab’s market focus.
• Educate customers on the value proposition of GitLab.
• Continuously improve professional skills with a focus on personal mastery.
• Run Value Stream Assessments in your account.

Requirements

• Technical presentation and communication skills.
• Understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
• Understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Experience with technical pre-sales or in information technology.
• Experience with modern software development or operations technologies.
• Experience with cloud computing and related technologies.
• Ability to use GitLab.
• Ability to travel if needed.
