Overview

The Sr. Regional Sales Director will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with large enterprise customers in Japan, focusing on sales growth and customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Develop and grow existing large enterprise customers while adding new ones.
  • Responsible for sales of the company’s products within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve sales budget through account growth and new account development.
  • Maintain a customer database and document interactions in Salesforce.
  • Conduct effective sales calls and close new business opportunities.
  • Attend trade and vendor shows as required.
  • Provide timely communication and follow-up to meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with product managers on product expansion strategies.
  • Research and analyze market trends and competition.
  • Assist in training lower-level sales staff.

Requirements

  • Direct selling experience in the Network Security and/or Networking space.
  • Track record of sales success, including recognition as “rookie of the year” or President’s club.
  • Experience with Salesforce and disciplined in forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Established relationships with local major accounts and channel partners.
