Overview

As an Account Executive focused on the data center market, you serve as the revenue engine of our business, driving growth through ambitious sales targets and dedicated customer engagement.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a strong technical understanding of transformer and switchboard products.
  • Gather and analyze customer technical requirements to develop comprehensive quotes.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business relationships.
  • Own your accounts' P&L statements to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers for complex requirements.
  • Leverage established relationships to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline within Hubspot.
  • Stay current on industry trends and provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with Finance Team to convert quotes into invoices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in electrical distribution equipment or data centers.
  • Experience developing relationships with EPCs and electrical contractors.
  • Strong technical foundation in electrical systems.
  • Understanding of data center infrastructure.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Success managing long-cycle B2B sales processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
