Overview

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving net new logo sales of the full Dodge product suite to local small and midsize businesses (SMB) in the commercial construction industry, focusing on new business development and revenue generation.

In Short

  • Drive new logo sales to local SMBs in the construction industry
  • Build and manage a pipeline of SMB opportunities
  • Engage with prospects through various communication methods
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas
  • Partner with senior sales personnel
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and local events
  • Maintain and forecast pipeline in CRM
  • Send proposals and process contracts
  • Travel as needed for meetings
  • Work in a remote capacity from designated states

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in SaaS/technology
  • Strong integrity and ownership of outcomes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to coach prospects and identify solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce and CRM systems
  • Understanding of market dynamics
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
