Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with departmental leaders to enhance talent management, improve performance, and boost employee engagement—all while aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive success.

• Coordinate and promote training initiatives, including leadership programs and webinars.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology.
• Strong focus on learning and development.
• HR expertise with a focus on driving HR solutions.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Skilled in succession planning and leadership development.
• Experience in change management.
• Excel in conflict resolution.
• Data-driven with the ability to use insights for decisions.
• Native Polish speaker with fluent English (C1+).
