In Short

• Collaborate with foreign accounting offices in the USA, Malaysia, and Brazil.
• Control and verify invoices issued by foreign accounting offices.
• Manage receivables and oversee the debt collection process in foreign subsidiaries.
• Prepare reports on bad debts related to receivables.
• Maintain ongoing collaboration with payment processors.
• Analyze and report statements from payment processors.
• Manage financial liquidity across the Group (Poland, USA, Malaysia, Brazil).
• Execute payment of liabilities within the Group.
• Foster continuous cooperation with banks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a finance department, with a focus on receivables and bank cooperation.
• Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Practical, detail-oriented, and responsible approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and time management skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with creativity and innovative thinking.
• Good understanding of office procedures and formats.
• Fluency in Polish and good command of English (minimum B2 level).
