Financial Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Finance Specialist will be a key member of the team responsible for budgeting and forecasting, reporting month end results with analysis, and publishing performance against key KPI’s for the Americas portion of Hitachi Solutions.

In Short

• Track employee hires, transfers, and departures for accurate expense forecasting.
• Coordinate with teams to track employee expenses.
• Prepare month-end financial entries.
• Prepare and review month-end reports.
• Perform variance analysis against budgeted expenses.
• Provide financial information and analysis as required.
• Ensure accuracy of KPI reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3-5 years of experience in business finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong fluency in Excel functions.
• Experience with ERP systems or accounting software.
• Effective communication skills in business English.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and independent.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Confidence in interacting with executive-level management.
