In Short

• Provide guidance and support to students and their families throughout the financial aid process.
• Assist students in completing financial aid applications, including FAFSA.
• Evaluate students' financial circumstances to determine eligibility for financial aid programs.
• Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and institutional regulations.
• Collaborate with other campus departments to conduct workshops and seminars.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial aid in a college or university setting.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or education.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state financial aid programs.
• Strong analytical skills to assess financial need.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with financial aid management software.
• Uphold ethical and professional conduct.
