Overview

The PTP Financial Specialist is responsible for providing timely and accurate recording of transactions in the general ledger in compliance with customer requirements and under the direction of the Process Lead.

In Short

  • Responsible for recording transactions in the general ledger.
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close procedures.
  • Perform accounting transactions with required quality.
  • Provide training to Junior Accountants or new team members.
  • Propose and implement process improvements.
  • Adhere to service levels (SLA) and company policies.
  • Maintain Operating Procedures.
  • Work with high accuracy and meet deadlines.
  • Utilize digital tools, including Microsoft 365 and SAP.
  • Demonstrate customer focus and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Preferably an accounting graduate or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-5 years of finance professional experience in accounting processes.
  • Effective knowledge of business English (oral and written).
  • Proficient in digital tools including email platforms and Microsoft 365.
  • Good knowledge of SAP or other ERP/accounting systems.
  • Ability to work with high accuracy and keep deadlines.
  • Demonstrates competencies of customer focus and teamwork.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Proficient in client language and company culture.
  • Demonstrates creativity and innovation in current assignments.
