The Acute Dialysis Services Program Manager is responsible for ensuring quality patient care in dialysis services across multiple locations while managing staff and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
• Current state licensure as applicable.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage costs and maintain quality service.
• Experience in regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Proficient in clinical and technical knowledge of dialysis services.
• Willingness to travel between facilities as needed.
• Ability to work in a healthcare environment with various demands.
