ServiceNow Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ServiceNow Program Manager to oversee all Enterprise Platform projects across various task orders. The ideal candidate will provide programmatic oversight and support to the Government Contracting Officer Representative (COR), task order-level Task Order Managers, government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.

In Short

• Provide programmatic oversight for all Enterprise Platform projects.
• Support the Government COR and task order-level Task Order Managers in project execution.
• Track project progress across all task orders, ensuring timely implementation of technical solutions and schedules.
• Collaborate with task order project managers to ensure regular updates on project milestones and status.
• Prepare and deliver status briefings to the Enterprise Platform Program Manager and J6 leadership and other government stakeholders, as applicable.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in leading teams
• 8+ years of experience in program management
• PMP or equivalent certification
• ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master certification
