Program Manager, Services Delivery - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager, Services Delivery to join our Product organization working directly with our service delivery team. This role is responsible for understanding, documenting, and articulating all aspects of SecurityScorecard MAX service delivery either directly to the customer or through partners.

In Short

• Subject matter expert on service delivery for SecurityScorecard MAX
• Hands-on experience with APIs, Python, SQL, and Excel
• Develop and maintain playbooks and process documentation
• Use project management tools like Jira and Trello
• Coordinate new product capabilities within the services team
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in service delivery
• Strong project management skills
• Exceptional documentation skills
• Experience in partner onboarding and training
• Ability to productize customized services
• Strong operational and support skills
