Overview

The VP, Revenue Operations & GTM Engineer will lead the full RevOps function at SecurityScorecard, focusing on building AI-native systems that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

• Own the lead-to-cash process across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Redesign MQL-to-SAL handoff logic for evolving product lines.
• Build alerting systems to maintain data quality in Salesforce.
• Lead customer insights and the Deals Desk function.
• Optimize territory assignments based on performance metrics.
• Architect and deploy GTM workflows using AI tools.
• Drive the Salesforce Agentforce implementation roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Revenue Operations leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and its functionalities.
• Experience with AI and analytics tools.
• Ability to manage and optimize data flows and processes.

• Experience in building and managing teams.
