Overview

The Customer Success Specialist role focuses on driving impactful customer experiences and ensuring ongoing value realization for clients at SecurityScorecard.

In Short

  • Drive customer outcomes and value via digital and personalized engagements.
  • Own renewal outcomes across a large customer portfolio.
  • Empower customers to become self-sufficient champions of SecurityScorecard.
  • Monitor customer health and lifecycle signals for proactive interventions.
  • Design and execute scaled engagement programs to drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Track and analyze program effectiveness to improve outcomes.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Customer Success motion.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a Customer Success role.
  • Customer-obsessed with a commitment to customer advocacy.
  • Strong communication skills with diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in an ambiguous environment.
  • Process-oriented with good decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with SalesForce, Gainsight, and Google Suite preferred.
  • Cyber/TPRM experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
