Program Manager - Client Services - Remote

Overview

As a Program Manager at ApotheCom, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating all client project elements, ensuring that all project elements are implemented according to objectives, specifications, on schedule and on budget.

In Short

• Maintain server files for all client programs.
• Uphold communication among all team members.
• Interface with client team members to keep them apprised of project progress.
• Develop, maintain and update project timelines and schedules.
• Assist with development of project proposals.
• Reconcile projects after completion.
• Schedule start-up meetings to initiate projects.
• Prepare written correspondence for client-related projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years' experience in medical communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong financial and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
