We're seeking a practical, business-minded in-house Lawyer who speaks fluent English and understands Polish law inside out. In Short

• Support company’s business units in daily operations.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and commercial documents.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) with legal/business context experience.
• Polish law degree and native Polish speaker.
• 3–5 years of professional legal experience.
• Knowledge of contract law, marketing law, IT law, and corporate law.
• Experience in reviewing implementation agreements.
• Interest in technology and current tech trends.
• Ability to make sound legal judgments with incomplete information.
