Requirements

• Act as the Data Protection Officer (IODO).
• Legal support in personal data protection.
• Collaboration with regulatory and supervisory authorities (UODO, NFZ).
• Preparation and verification of legal documentation (contracts, regulations, policies).
• Analysis and opinion on commercial contracts with clients and suppliers.
• Representation of the company in contacts with offices and external institutions.
• Monitoring changes in legal regulations.
• Coordination of cooperation with external law firms.
• Ensuring compliance with patient rights.
