Overview

As the Sales Operations Leader, you will drive sales team effectiveness and efficiency by leveraging data-driven insights, streamlining processes, and enabling leadership to make informed decisions.

In Short

  • Analyze sales metrics to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and recommend strategies.
  • Design and refine scalable sales processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to draft and refine the Sales Playbook.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to set input metric targets.
  • Develop a methodology for creating quantitatively driven bookings forecasts.
  • Act as the data-backed “truth teller” to drive accountability.
  • Manage and enhance tools like pricing calculator and ROI model.
  • Create and maintain trackers for specific initiatives.
  • Leverage AI tools to support AEs in pitch preparation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales operations or data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Expertise in building and optimizing sales processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales enablement technologies is a plus.
