Regional Customer Relations Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The German American Chamber of Commerce of the Southern United States is looking for a full-time Regional Customer Relations Coordinator to enhance membership strategies and organize related events in Texas and surrounding states.

In Short

• Develop and implement strategies for membership acquisition and retention.
• Conduct company visits and business meetings to promote memberships.
• Generate leads for potential members through various sources.
• Maintain and update the Membership Database (MS Dynamics).
• Plan and execute membership-related events such as networking events and conferences.
• Assist with financial projections and budgeting for events.
• Compile membership packages and develop retention materials.
• Support the Consulting department with event organization and research.
• Work independently while collaborating with the GACC South team.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business, communications, marketing, or events management.
• Experience in communications, Public Relations, or Customer Service.
• Experience with membership organizations or community outreach.
• Strong research and data collection skills.
• Excellent proficiency in English (German preferred).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and energetic learner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with occasional travel and adapting to changing environments.
