Overview

The Customer Operations Coordinator will support guests and the customer care department, assisting in resolving service issues and fulfilling bookings.

In Short

• Handle guest issues and escalations
• Fulfill manually booked products
• Provide outstanding service to customers
• Assist vendors with reports
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets
• Support Customer Care and Operation Support

Requirements

• Experience in Ticketing, Events, or Hospitality
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Passion for travel and entertainment
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluency in Spanish a plus
