Overview

The Engineering Efficiencies team works hands-on with various high-priority projects within the Infrastructure Engineering organization, aiming to provide flexible engineering capacity and growth paths for early-career engineers.

• Lead key engagements end-to-end in collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong track record in leading complex software initiatives.
• Deep engineering foundation across platforms and tooling.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to context switch across multiple teams.
• Motivation to influence engineering culture.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure.
• CI/CD automation expertise.
• Full-stack development experience with modern frameworks.
