In Short

Join the Data Engineering team to manage and process scientific datasets.
Design and implement data needs for platforms like CELLxGENE Discover and CryoET.

No prior biology experience required.

Requirements

8+ years of relevant software experience.
Strong fundamentals in systems design and data structures.
Experience with data processing and orchestration pipelines.
Solid experience with programming languages like Python and Java.
Experience with big data technologies.
Familiarity with infrastructure tools like Kubernetes and AWS.
Excellent communication skills.
Enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
Experience in a multidisciplinary environment.
Desirable: experience with scientific computing libraries.
