Overview

The Retail Innovation Manager (RIM) position is a strategic and sales-focused role that enables remote work while overseeing dealership operations and driving GM’s sales and services retailing model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in sales or retail innovation.
  • Experience as a District Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven success in managing retail/digital programs.
  • Skilled in project management and retail technology systems.
  • Adept at building relationships across all business levels.
  • Willing to travel extensively for dealer visits.
  • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle.
