Overview

The AI Innovation Manager will lead the strategy and implementation of AI-enabled and hyperautomation tools within Leidos, focusing on enhancing productivity and efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience, 5+ in corporate strategic planning.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• 7+ years of experience supervising teams or projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience with strategic tech partnerships.
• Problem solver and creative thinker.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
• Master’s degree in relevant fields preferred.
