Overview

GeneDx is seeking a high-performing and strategically minded Regional Account Executive (RAE) to lead growth efforts in their territory of N Jersey & S New York. This role is crucial for expanding access to GeneDx’s advanced genetic testing services.

In Short

  • Lead growth efforts in the territory of N Jersey & S New York.
  • Build strong provider relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Deliver tailored consultative sales presentations.
  • Coordinate in-person and virtual client meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for service delivery.
  • Stay current on clinical genomics developments.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain documentation of customer interactions in CRM.
  • Travel as needed for conferences and meetings.
  • Embody GeneDx cultural principles and work ethic.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • 3+ years in healthcare sales or 2+ years as a genetic counselor.
  • Keen technical aptitude and ability to manage multiple opportunities.
  • Valid driver's license is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
