Overview

The Customer Service Specialist I is responsible for managing all level 1 support calls, emails, tickets, and chats, ensuring customer satisfaction, and documenting interactions in the company CRM.

In Short

  • Manage incoming support inquiries via email, ticketing system, and chat
  • Document unresolved issues in CRM and communicate with Account Managers
  • Handle challenging customer service situations with empathy
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and provide guidance on services
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and quality in all interactions
  • Perform data entry and billing-related tasks as needed
  • Work closely with Account Managers on account transitions
  • Utilize CRM technology for logging interactions
  • Exceed performance indicators for productivity and service level
  • Support the Customer Success team as needed

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of related experience preferred
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, MS Outlook
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Self-starter, comfortable in a remote environment
  • Knowledge of customer billing processes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
