Overview

Garner is seeking a Talent Management & Total Rewards Manager to enhance our People function, focusing on job architecture, performance processes, and compensation programs.

In Short

  • Lead the development of performance and compensation processes.
  • Manage bi-annual performance reviews and compensation planning cycles.
  • Develop tools and education for employees regarding performance and compensation.
  • Oversee job architecture and compensation programs.
  • Design and manage healthcare benefits and 401k plans.
  • Act as the product manager for People systems and workflows.
  • Create People Analytics dashboards to assess organizational health.
  • Support change management initiatives in the People function.
  • 5+ years of HR experience required.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the People/HR space.
  • 2+ years in a Talent Management or Total Rewards leadership role.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex initiatives.
  • Interest in innovative performance and compensation practices.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with healthcare benefits design preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Passion for improving employee experience.
  • Willingness to take initiative and ensure company success.
