Implementation Project Director - Remote

Overview

Garner Health is seeking an Implementation Project Director to lead and oversee complex client projects, ensuring high-quality solutions and client satisfaction.

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of large-scale client projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in leading client-facing implementation projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience overseeing implementation of complex software solutions.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills for building trusted relationships.
• Deep understanding of software implementation best practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of medical claims processing or EDI is a plus.
• A willingness to contribute to company success.
• Experience in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
• A desire to improve the U.S. healthcare system.
