Overview

ButterflyMX is looking for a self-motivated temp to ensure that key aspects of the client implementation process are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.

In Short

• Serve as the point of contact for internal teams regarding project backlog
• Validate project data with customers and/or partner installers
• Define actionable next steps for projects
• Maintain implementation project tracking record
• Prioritize work queues to ensure projects progress
• Manage schedules and communications with teams
• Coordinate invoicing requests and validate billing inquiries
• Communicate with internal departments and customers
• Stay informed on inventory and tracking of materials

Requirements

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in project management
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of invoicing and billing processes
