Overview

Garner is seeking an Enablement Director to drive sales training and enablement initiatives, ensuring that Sales and Account Management teams are equipped with the right messaging, tools, and processes to enhance revenue and customer success.

In Short

Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales enablement or similar role.
  • 3+ years in B2B sales or account management.
  • Knowledge of B2B Sales required.
  • Experience in health insurance preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
  • Desire to improve the U.S. healthcare system.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
